how to get access to club lounge
This forum, the “TripAdvisor Support” forum, is for general questions and assistance using the TripAdvisor site itself.
As a new user of the forums, I would suggest before posting on any forum to read the "sticky" at the top of the forum’s page, if there is one. The sticky will explain the focus / purpose of the forum, important information, and other details. As an example, the sticky at the top of this forum is;
"PLEASE READ: How to use the Support forum!" and has a push-pin icon beside it.
For questions about travelling to specific destinations, you can use the destination forums, which you can browse or search for, starting here:
Every city, region, Island and country has its own travel forum on here. Plus there are other Beyond Destination forums on travel topics and themes. Here's the forums homepage link to save or bookmark -
You can search for a specific forum by clicking on the magnifying glass search icon at the top right side of this website page. Then on the search bar - left side type in 'Forum' and on the right side replace "World" with a city name. The forum pages are best viewed on the full website, not the limited Tripadvisor APP.
To answer your question -to access the Club Lounge in any hotel you need to book a Club room package or deal which gets you the Club room (they are usually nicer rooms at the top of a hotel) and access to the Lounge. You can’t book a basic cheaper room and then expect to use the more exclusive Lounge and it’s fscilities.
I noticed that you inadvertently posted your question in the TripAdvisor Support Forum, so I have moved the topic on your behalf to the Pattaya forum.

I think it depends on the type of room you book such as Junior or Executive suite , have you contacted them
It's an amazing hotel :)
Simple like any hotel, you book either a club or suite room which comes with access to the lounge. This hotel is a long way from central Pattaya with very little of interest in the local area somewhat isolated.
Yes it is a quieter area but tbat is why it appeals to us , we used to stay central years ago but prefer Jomtien and in particular Na Jomtien also as close to Ocean Marina , can easily get into central if we want but find plenty of good restaurants in the Jomtien area etcEdited: 23 February 2018, 19:09
