Baboon Habitat in Burrel Boom

A very pleasant discovery I made on my recent trip was the Baboon Habitat. It is on the road to the Baboon Conservatory - in Burrel Boom, actually just about 1/4 mile before that location. Shane, the young man running the Habitat, is third generation on the land that was set up as a reserve. He is very connected to the land and the animals who reside there. A beautiful nature hike and up close encounters with the howlers.

paschulea - Can you clarify for me? We stayed a few nights at the Nature Resort at the Community Baboon Sanctuary (which Mister linked, above) in 2009 but I'm not familiar with a Baboon Conservatory or Habitat. Can you help sort them out for me or provide links?
