Estonia and Latvia in March

Hello everyone,

I plan to travel to Tallinn (Estonia) and parts of Latvia in mid of March...BUT from

LP book said "Avoid soggy March, when the snow thaws,...too much slush for enjoyment"!!?

Anyone have experienced it or traveled there during mid of March?

Thank you

Early March is likely to be colder and drier than the end of the month. Snow can't be guaranteed but you're like to see at least some. At least you won't be bothered by the huge swarms of cruise tourists who infest Tallinn during the summer months.

Thanks,

So I should be there earlier than planned.

What about end of Feb?

Very much like early March. It depends on the weather, really.
