Check out buses at www.luxexpress.eu

Try Tiger express. You book and pay online. We went with them to Bardejov, Slovakia. They picked us up from our Krakow hotel on Monday dropped us in Bardejov then collected us Tuesday. We were the only ones on minibus. You get free water,& the driver will stop for you if you need the toilet. Cost us £51 each return for the 3 hour journey. Take your passport though - border police often stop minibuses to check for illegal immigrants, they spent 15 minutes checking our passports. Fantastic service that covers bordering countries. 2 hours before our return bus I emailed to change our departure time which they did at no extra cost.
Overnight train, would be a great way to do that.
Overnight train is much more expensive than a bus.
As regards buses, check Polski Bus as well - http://www.polskibus.com/en/index.htm. It seems there is currently a kind of price war between Polski Bus and Lux Express and fares are sometimes really cheap.
Jozin, the OP didn't ask for cheapest.Edited: 10 September 2016, 02:26
