Last minute help please

Our tour company switched things up hours before our trip (leaving tomorrow) :( and now we aren’t seeing anything in krakow besides Schindler’s factory and the Jewish quarter (and auschwitz and salt mine) but we were supposed to do old town and main square stuff. We now have from 230pm when our Jewish quarter tour ends one day to see anything else. Any recommendations on what to see in square and/or old town without reservations? I’ve searched the forums but can’t find that answer easily it seems and I leave in 12 hrs... any help would be so appreciated!

Wander main square on your own, take a free walking tour, visit Rynek Underground museum located under the Cloth Hall, visit Wawel Castle, walk Planty Park, enjoy great food and people watch. Really, you don't have to have everything laid out, just go and enjoy and discover.

the major walk in the old town is from floranska gate to the rynek......then down grodzka street...almost to the end of grodzka cross the small square to kannoniczka onto the castle....must sees are the interior of st marys church on the rynek.....the trumpeter of Krakow above that....the arcade inside the cloth hall....interior of the cathedral.the old building of the jagiellonian university.....you could even skip the kazimierz tour if you don't have time as theres little there that compares with the old town....but it has its charm too

The old town is pretty compact so you could take in St Mary's Basilica on the square and Castle grounds within around 11//2 hrs. The beauty is wandering through the streets (day or night). If you aren't planning to buy anything then 20 mins spent in Cloth Hall would do (again on the main square). Sit back and have a coffee or a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants on the square, just to take it all in. You can visit Pope John Paul's residence on Kanonizka Street, leading to the castle. Or maybe the underground museum on the rynek (square). Perhaps catch a concert in St Aldeberts church on the square also.
