If it's not peak times then Emu Beach Big 4 can have pets- nice location too.
There's kennels around town plus in Mt Barker and Denmark- sorry no personal recommendations.
For hiking around Albany- these are all great walks:
You can take your dog on a lead on all but the last 5 walks.
Between Emu Beach (Griffith St) and Middleton Beach (surf Beach) is terrific off the leash dog walking section of this lovely beach.
There's a pet friendly caravan parks at Hopetoun (for Fitzgerald River NP) and I see kennels at nearby Ravensthorpe though maybe caravan parks know of Hopetoun kennels.
Esperance- good information here:

Dogs are generally precluded from national parks - wildlife gets priority in these areas.Edited: 11 October 2017, 01:17
Both of those are in National Parks. Dogs are not permitted in National Parks in WA.
Yep, there are some very small parts of WA where native animals are protected from introduced species - they're called National Parks.
Thanks for your reply! Live near a national park so know about little animals. Was interested in caravan parks & pet care. Travelled around Australia but not with a dog which is why I was asking.
Not intending to take our dog to national parks!
It’s ok Bindi. People were explaining to the rather annoying Lee who likes to contribute to topics he knows squat about (ie not smoking or drinking). No one was directing it at you.
