Our wedding is finaly over, and we now have to chance to share our experiences with Air Canada and GB Portillo.
Now most of you know we have now been here for over a year and a half, and we try our best to promote the area, but we've now had some personal experience this week with our family and friends being here (40 people in total)
Air Canada-wise, flight was great, but airport-wise here in El Catey? I swear to God we will find an email to contact AC about their rep.... He made part of the group leave on the wrong bus, had some people (not with our group) leave the bus and take a cab at their own cost even though they were with AC Vacation..... Anyways, we'll see on our end what we can do about this guy, because its unreal the way he treatsthe customers.
As for GB Portillo, here's our 2 cents:
-VERY clean hotel
Service at the beach restaurant not so great, employees bordeline rude. They need to do something about the birds at this restaurant. Being pooped on and attacked is not too much fun lolllll
This week as been tremendously hot, highs reaching 38 celscius during the day, so air circulation at the lobby bar was painfull.
Overall, everyone had a GREAT time, very nice hotel, but this AC guy needs to go ASAP
