Apartment/Hotel with WOW factor!

Hi All,

Heading to the Goldie in late May for 5 nights with the good wife and would love to stay somewhere a bit special. Surfers or Broadie; doesn't matter which. More concerned with surprising the missus with something flash. A million dollar view is high on the list, as is a balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Big comfy bed and central to bars/restaurants etc. Have looked at Mantra Circle, Q1, Air, Wave, etc. Getting a bit confused and would love a recommendation. On previous trips we've stayed at Chevron, Marriot, Aria, Phoenician, Crown Towers. Keen to try something different. Budget is Not a concern (within reason !)

Hi There,

There are some nice places to stay in Main Beach such as the Contessa or an absolute beachfront apartment like the Golden Sands. These are NOT hotels but offer spacious layouts. Insist on a high floor and modern decor for either as they are both fairly old favorites. Check some reviews on them. Teddar Ave and Marina Mirage are both very close options for dining and Surfers and Broadbeach are only a short cab ride away.

Hope this helps & thanks for choosing the Gold Coast.
