Travelling from Airport to Mantra 25 Laycock St SP

Hi landing tomorrow, travelling to Mantra from GC airport - can we pay onboard public transport or do we need a Go card to travel on bus/tram.

Getting to the hotel - easy to get bus/tram?

thanks

I'm pretty sure you will need a Go Card. You should be able to buy these from the airport. This is the info on the bus to take https:/… take the bus to broadbeach and then you can jump on a tram to Surfers Paradise.

Translink has an easy to use journey planner ... it will explain all you need to know including fares.

Hi,

I think you will find a taxi more convenient with luggage or pick up your rental ? at the airport.

You can still buy paper tickets from the machines before you get on the transport. Not necessary for a go card although recommended if doing multiple trips
