Tickets for a 2nd day

Hi all, hope someone knows the answer to this.

We are going to Disneyland Paris and have got tickets for one day already booked as part of a package. However, we will probably have time on a second day and may want to return to the Park. Can we buy tickets at the Park before we leave on the first day, for the second day? And are they cheaper than just turning up at the gate?

thanks

Hi. If you want park tickets for a second day it is best to buy them online before you arrive (at least one day before use). The ticket that you need depends on the date of visit. They don't sell the cheaper Mini / Magic / Super Magic tickets at the parks. Look at prices on 365 Tickets website for the date you need.

Who have you booked your package with? If this has been booked with Disney or a Disney Agent, a one night stay usually includes a 2 day park ticket.

thanks for replying.

It's booked with a local tour company as part of a bigger package, no idea what they have, all I know is they give us 1 day tickets for both parks. So extending those tickets is not an option unfortunately.

And yes, booking in advance would make sense, however I can't be sure whether we would want to go back for a second day (but spend the time doing something else instead) or which particular day we would go back if we did. We'd only make the decision towards the end of the day at the Parks, depending on how much of the Parks we've been able to enjoy and how much we've enjoyed it! Hence my question of whether you can buy them at the end of the day of your visit for another day.

Looks like we'll just have to turn up at the gate if we do go back for a second day!

When could your 2nd day be? Which possible dates? They only sell the most expensive tickets at the gates which are valid for any day of the year, so it could cost you a lot more than buying them online. By the time you leave the park after Illuminations on your first day the ticket booths are likely to be closed, so you would have to buy them the next day. You can buy the tickets via the internet on your phone (assuming you have a smartphone) for the following day if you decide you want another day there. Then just show your ticket purchase confirmation on your phone at the Donald Desk, which is outside the Disneyland Park entrance, and they print off your e-ticket for you.

if you look at this calendar you can see which tickets you need for the dates you are there.

or on the Disney website

For example - someone going on any day in July only needs to buy a Magic ticket, but different days in August are Mini, Magic or Super Magic dates. This makes a big difference to the cost of one day tickets.

You can buy non dated 1 day park tickets at the gate which are valid for one year from date of purchase. Gate Prices up to 6th November 2018 are :

1 day 1 park: 79€ adult, 72€ child

1 day 2 park: 99€ adult, 92€ child.

These are Super Magic tickets, so you would pay more than necessary if the day you go only needs a Mini or Magic ticket.
