Disney Hotels?

Are you able to go into any of the disney hotels for a drink and a wander or do you have to be staying there?

Only thing you can't use is the swimming pool.

The price of the same cocktail varies depending on which hotel you buy it in.

Cheyenne and Santa Fe are cheapest, then sequoia lodge, then HNY and NPB and then cafe Fantasia at the DLH is the most expensive.

In my opinion, the DLH bar is very swish and great for people watching. They have a pianist, and the chance to see characters do surprise visits. You pay for the location though.

Redwood bar at sequoia is great for winter nights, as they have a large fireplace and woodsman feel. HNY is metropolitan bright lights.

Santa Fe bar is quite nice and cheap, so you could possibly have 2 cocktails instead of one! I don't personally rate the Cheyenne bar much, it's a bit cowboy.boots and sawdust feel, but plenty like that.

Thank you so much, Ive just read about cafe Fantasia on another post and it sounds amazing. Last time we went we didnt explore anywhere near the hotels so it will be nice to have a little wander round them. How do you find them? is there a map you can pick up to show where they are?

As you walk down to the pink hotel and park entrance, don't go underneath to the turnstiles, but keep far right, and the hotel entrance is at the side. Walk in and get the lift up to the 2nd floor. Walk along the corridor, passed the DLH shop on left (worth a look!) passed castle club enteance on right, until you come to a circular vestibule.

Cafe Fantasia is on the left, and inventions restaurant and California grill are on the right.

Sipping cocktails at the DLH piano bar is lovely (if a little pricey!). The loos are nice as well :)

It’s a lovely place to chill away from the frenzy of the parks!
