Sorry to ask another stupid question but are we able to drink the tap water in Finland or do we still need to buy bottled water?

Nark tap water is fine to drink in Finland.Its about the only place where we drink the tap water.

Did you know that it's still possible to drink

water from many lakes and rivers in Finland without

cooking. Hope they would stay that clean also in

future.

Tap water is really clean and fresh in Finland, even cleaner than bottled water: finnish tap water was scientifically compared to several bottled waters and tap water won! Bottled water contained more harmful compounds than tap water. Even Evian lost by wide margin. Also if you consider the impact on nature, bottled water is a poor choice.

Wouldn't do that. Find an open creek or use the tap water. Snow tastes like rain water, not at all that good.

I agree Poe - we saw lots of little offerings in the snow, at least they stand out so you can avoid them I suppose - shame they couldnt have picked them up - dont see that much of it over here anymore the owners seem to be well traind at last,
