There's no authentic portuguese vegetarian food and even less vegan. So that you'll not find. Portuguese cuisine is not vegetarian, as already previuosly said only some soups (that we have many) can be considered vegetarian. No I've not tried any of these restaurants, I'm not vegetarian.

I'll say it again: There's NO authentic Portuguese vegetarian or vegan food. Deal with it.

Vegan food restrictions rule out almost all traditional Portuguese recipes, Having said that, vegetarians that eat dairy and eggs can do pretty well, particularly if they also eat sea food. Travelers with many food rules will do better if the plan to prepare their own food. Now days there are a few vegetarian restaurants in the big cities, but this is not a popular lifestyle choice in Portugal.

I understood the first time you can be polite about it there no reason to write “deal with it”

Hi.

If your coming to Lisbon, theres a lot of vegan and vegetarian restaurants. A few years it wood be harder but, now you have a lot of choce, spettyaly for vegetarians. Even a lot of restaurants have a few options vegetarians but, traditional portuguese food vegetarian you will not have, we were allways very linked to meet and fish.

I recomend this ones:

Terra

Psi

Jardim dos Sentidos

Espaço da Rosa

But you can easely do a search on internet and find more, theres new restaurants every day.

Have a great trip
