Train might cost a bit more but is hugely more comfortable in our eyes. But the trade-off is yours in the end...

Depends on the price differences and your budget. The bus can have big delays if you are unlucky.

Also check for airfares, these can be competive with train too

Train starts at €49.90. Bus at €29.90.

Train takes 6,5 hours bus between 9 and 11 (depending on which routing etc.

Bus has free wifi and sort of comfy seats. Train has paid wifi and very comfy seats.

Train has a bordbistro car, bus relies on stops for snacks.

Its up to you... I know I'd choose the train on any day on this stretch.

Train fares start at € 39. However, just a few trains left for that fare.

I've taken this route both by train, and by air.

Never took the bus, but I figure I would NEVER take the bus if I had a choice.

Including transfers to/from the airports and queuing time at the airport, train was only about 1-1/2 hours more, and that's if you rush. For me, as above, "I know I'd choose the train on any day on this stretch" if only because of the space and the civility of train travel.
