Pisa Airport to city centre late at night

Hi... we land in Pisa at around 10.30pm and till we get our bags etc probably it will be around 11.15pm... are there any busses to Pisa city centre at that time and we find a hotel in centre? or is it ideal to book a nearby hotel and go into the city centre during the day? we plan on doing half day in pisa then renting a car from pisa to go around tuscany. thanks

The city centre from the airport is a 5 minute 10 euro taxi away. There are no hotels on site at the airport there is a new one about 2-3 minutes away in a taxi on the way to the city centre. So I would just go on booking.com or hotels.com and book somewhere near the central station like the NH or the terminus and plaza where I usually stay if I have an early flight out of Pisa

I can recommend the NH which the previous poster mentioned. It's right next to the train station if you're using the Pisa Mover to travel to and from the airport.
