Funicolare

Hi there we are staying near the Dante metro station, (5 min walk) I was wondering where the entrances to go to the Funicolare are located? I would like to Vomero, look around and go to the Mercato Antignano. Thank you

You mean Montesanto station? The funicolar is on the right: https://goo.gl/eBx5eG

You can get back to Dante Square taking the M1 at Quattro Giornate station, it is closer to Piazza Antignano than the Morghen upper stop of the funicolar.

Google is good but it's not the end all, be all. It's giving you directions entirely by metro.

This map gives you an overview. The metro and funicolari stations are all correct but I wouldn't rely on it for bus info as it's a couple of years old: unicocampania.it/files/mappe/Napoli2016.pdf

Metro Linea 1 - Quattro Giornate station.

btw Naples has 4 funicular lines, think as they were like additional metro lines.
