Hut to hut walk in the Dolomites - sociable?

I am considering doing a hut to hut walk in the Dolomites, for about a week, on my own, in August. I’m wondering how sociable this can be. It would be nice to meet some people at the huts and walk with others if and when I’d like.

I’ve done a hut to hut walk with friends in the French Alps and met quite a few nice groups. How sociable is this in the Dolomites? Are there any particular routes or huts which are more social than others? Thank you all for your thoughts! Elizabeth
