Tuscany day trip

I'm trying to plan a single day trip out of Florence into Tuscany. We'll be renting a car for the day on Monday, May 28th, and are looking for destinations.

- We're going to the Chianti Cashmere goat farm from 12:00 - 15:00, so we've mostly been looking at Radda & Greve in Chianti but are 100% up for anywhere nearby. From that destination I thought it would be wise to slowly wind our way back towards Florence but we'll have the car for the whole day.

- I know, I know, but we're just not that into wine. :) We prefer places that we can wander around on our own, not necessarily shell out for a tour and a tasting. Volpaia caught my eye.

Other than that, the only other thing that I could easily find was going to Piazza Matteotti and from there walking to Montefioralle.
