Crusing from Venice with daughter

Confused as to how to navigate Venice.

Should I book hotel near the Pizzala Roma Station for easy access or near the Port?

If I stay near the Pizzala Roma Station is it easy to get to Port for my cruise departure??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you can book a hotel next to Piazzale Roma then you should do it. This is the best option for cruise passengers for arrival, departure and for sightseeing into the city.

You can take the People Mover Tram from the Piazzale to the cruise terminal, then a short walk to your particular dock.

Have a look at www.booking.com, then put in your travel dates, and use their map function to locate an available hotel.
