gran hotel miramar

In the planning stages...we've been to Marbella but never to Malaga. We're looking at the Gran Hotel Miramar, but since we've never been there, we're concerned about safety since it doesn't seem to be in the town center. Can anyone give us feedback?

This 5* Hotel recently reopened and is in a very safe area. Less than a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and Calle Larios. The port or Muelle Uno is about a 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants there along with the Pompidou Centre.

In a great location. Close to centre, port, beach and some great restaurants.

Address: Paseo Reding, 22-24, 29016 Málaga

The location of this historic hotel is very safe. At the back of the hotel is the Malagueta Beach, which has many inexpensive restaurants where one can try the fish dishes.
