Maybe you have had a parking or speeding fine - this could be the admin charge.

Aren't there any contact details on the rental agreement?

If not try the live chat on the website.

As Annie suggests - speeding??

Other possibility is something to do with fuel, depending what options you took.

It is almost certain that you were caught by a camera doing something wrong - probably speeding. The police sent a ticket to the rental company, who provided your details to the police and charged you a fee for doing this. You agreed to the fee when you signed the contract.

The refuelling service charge at Malaga airport is 40€ for their "Express fuel service" coincidence? I doubt it. Just another "hidden" (in the T&C`s) charge. Take it up with your Credit caerd company. Interrent are owned by Europcar, perhaps speak to them too.
