Flying out of Terminal 2 tomorrow, just wondering if we will be able t buy duty free, magazines etc there?
I think you check-in at 2 then return to the main terminal next door to go through security and board your flight.
The shops are in the main terminal.
It is a bit of a misnomer there is really only one terminal at GLA. T2 is just an annex where there are more check in desks. You go through the sam security etc and depart from the same terminal as everyone else with all the same shops etc
Thanks for the prompt replies. I was afraid it would be like the terminal which Transat uses at CDG where there are no facilities.
Ron's right, it's just a single level building, actually not to dissimilar to Portakabins, that they "tacked" on the end of the Main Building.
It only has check in desks and info desks, mainly used by all the Budget and Holiday Airlines, you then walk back through (approximately 20 yds) and you are in the Main Building with all the usual facilities.
It's also well signposted from Terminal 1 to 2 but its just passed the Tesco Supermarket.
