Does anyone know of a bus or train service that runs daily from Belfast to Dublin. Also of the costs. Many thanks

There is a fairly frequent service between the two cities - as far as the trains go I think there are about 8 services a day (maybe a few less at the weekends). The enterprise Express train service does the journey in about 2 hours and a return ticket is about 48 Euros. It is about half that if you take the day return bus. A website I have used before is www.translink.co.uk - has train info and I think bus details as well.

The enterprise train service leaves belfast central station at various times of the day and arrives at dublin connelly station about 2 and a half hours later. I think it costs about 25 return but its a good service. Buses to Dublin leave from Great Victoria Street Station in Belfast but not sure of the cost.

Yeah aircoach is quite new and is the best value, IF you can travel for 3hrs ish on a coach. In Belfast you get it outside Jurys hotel on Great Victoria Street. It stops at the airport and then on into the centre of Dublin (if im correct)

The train is good but can get very packed especially at peak times. but is £25! for a day return.

Hope this helps.

Aircoach also have the most comfortable fleet of buses on the island as well.

When you compare the price and the service, the train just isn't worth it.
