Not sure if it is a hidden Hagen, but there is a lovely walk up from Pultney Weir along the Kennet and Avon canal, towards Bathampton, taking in locks and through parks.

It was recommended on a recent thread.

Never made it to the Herschel museum, I MUST get there at some time.

Herschels 's son was Charles Babbage's best man - or vice versa, can't remember which,. Not a lot of people know that.
