I don't think you'll find accomm for 5 adults and a child for £100 a night (more like £200 +) especially in Kensington High St.

You could start by looking at reputable rental agencies:

Ivy lettings

Coach House rentals

A Place like Home

Refresh Accommodation

Central London Apartments

to get a realistic idea of prices.

I'm afraid you won't find anything very near Kensington High Street for £100 a night.

The nearest short stay flats that have room for six and a reasonable price are The Mansions, very near Earl's Court station: londonservicedapartments.co.uk/apartment.php…

Castletown House may be worth a look, but it's not quite as well situated as The Mansions. The two bedrooom flats are available for £189 in June; the sleeping arrangements will have two adults on a sleeper sofa. The three bedroom flat has a rate of £219 per night. http://www.castletownhouse.co.uk

I would second travellerplus's recommendation re Castletown House - I know the area really well and its in a very safe area (albeit slightly quiet) of West Ken/Barons Court. You would be a stone's throw from West Ken Tube (District Line) and 5 mins walk to Barons Court (Piccadilly). Walking distance to High St Ken (15mins tops) or you can catch Bus 28 (which is around the corner from Castletown House) which goes straight to high st ken - 5-10 mins traffic dependant.

Some affordable options for your are:

For 2 bedroom flats:

Dalmacia Hotel which has 2 bed flats in an annex on Loftus Road in the Shepherd's Bush Market area

Hamlet Apartments http://www.hamletuk.com/

For the following, you will need to do a combination of two rooms:

You might want to check out the London School of Economics. They rent spare dorm rooms and apartments to tourists. They have multiple locations in central London. Here is their website.

Thank you a lot for your help. I think that Castletown will be my choice.
