Cheap coffee from petrol stations in England/Scotland

In Australia with have a few petrol station chains that have fresh ground coffee machines available for cheap coffees while filling up. Are there any petrol station chains in the UK that have a similar offer?

Haven't come across any free coffee at any filling stations on my travels around the UK. Most stations these days have a "costa coffee" (a large coffee shop chain) branded coffee machine or similar, expect to pay between £2 and £3. Larger stations may have a dedicated food and drink area or at least a takeaway counter but again prices are comparable with high street coffee shops.

No. However you will find eating out in general a lot cheaper here than in Australia.. Despite having the same language, you will be surprised at how different things are here. Do come back with a new post if you have any other questions about your trip.

Lots of petrol stations in England have mini-marts with coffee machines. Examples include the Wild Bean cafés at BP stations. The coffee isn’t particularly cheap although they do do meal deals which aren’t bad value.
