The ferry leaves from Don Suk at 1010, but honestly I would not risk it, the last thing you want to try and do is get a local taxi to 'rush' you to the pier, don't risk missing it which is very likely and don't ask a driver to 'rush', please !
Whether or not Lomprayah 'pla' to wait for passengers off that Air Asia flight I have no idea, the only way you could finds that is to try and telephone and ask them ( maybe someone knows ? ) , I guess it is possible, but you would have to find that out otr hope someone knows, but it is still a long way around to do that journey from Bangkok to Koh Tao
But here is a though for you :-
That ferry arrives onto Koh Tao / Koh Nangyan at 1445
Your flight leaves Bangkok BKK airport at 0700 right (?) , so what time do you check-in / arrive at airport, early :)
Why not simply take the Lomprayah bus+ferry from central Bangkok that leaves at 0600 hrs also gets you onto Koh Tao by 1445 via Chumphon.
There own express a/.con bus from Bangkok to Chumphon and then ferry, costs THB 1,050 per person

You would not have to get up any earlier in Bangkok, just take a taxi to their depot / station in Bangkok and then 'relax, you are also going to save money :)
Look at the map on the top of that page and you can see Bangkok, Surat Thani ( bottom of the map ), Don Suk, Koh Tao, then where you see Chumphon you can see why it is a good route going with their bus+ferry via Chumphon
So to get from Bangkok to Koh Tao you get get there cheaper and easy without any worries.
