Wanting a great hotel to stay in and restaurant suggestion.

So i am looking for a place to take my girlfriend when i am in toronto for like 2 days in June. She lives in Milton but neither of us really wanna drive into Toronto for the night. I have been looking at maybe oakville or burlington. I will have just gotten back from 2 months in Europe so i dont have that much money so i was thinking maybe like $150 on the hotel and the same on a really nice dinner. I sort of want like a jaccuzi room or one with like a steam shower or something like that.

Does anyone have suggestions for either the hotel or restaurant in anywhere around Milton. doesnt have to be the ones mentioned before and doesnt need to be a hotel (b&bs work)

Hi fishing_bro;

Have a look at the Country Inn & Suites, on the south side of the QEW at Winston Churchill.

Lots of choices for food on the opposite side of the QEW.

Best Regards

Try staying at the Burlington Waterfront Hotel. It's reasonable and located right on Lake Ontario and adjacent to Spencer Smith Park right in downtown. This is a nice hotel and everything you want is within a 3 mintue walk.

Try Paradiso in Villiage Squrare for fine Italian. Pepperwood right across the street at the corner of Lakeshore and Brant. The Rude Native on Brant steps north of Lakeshore or if you really want fine dining The Carriage House on Olde Lakeshore Road. Also on Olde Lakeshore Road is Emma's Backporch located right on the water. The place is kind of a dive but it's got really good pub fare like wings, burgers etc...
