Table Rock is the point of land at the Canadian end of the Horseshoe Falls. Goat Island is the small piece of land at the other end of the Horseshoe Falls, and between the Horseshoe and the American Falls. The only way to get from one to the other is across the Rainbow Bridge, through customs. There are bridges across the river. above the American Falls, joining Goat Island with the rest of the State Park in Niagara Falls, NY.

If you have the time, it is actually a very nice walk. And actually it may be faster crossing through customs on foot versus in car or taxi. Just be sure to bring exact change (I don't remember if its $0.50 or $0.75 per person).

Hi Megjay,

Welcome to the NIAGARA FALLS TRAVEL FORUM.

Agree "both sides" of The Falls is worth the time... and walking across Rainbow Bridge is definitely the easiest way to do it... there is even a seperate kiosk for the Border for Pedestrians... so indeed as BARRYG9999 has said it oftentimes is faster (and much much cheaper) than taking a cab... just be sure and remember to bring your Passport as well as the required 50 cents (either US or Canadian Currency).

Cheers!
