Fallsview Casino Resort

Hello All,

Coming from the UK to Ontario in August and wanted to spend a night at the falls, money is not a major issue but I love a little flutter so was looking at the fallsview casino resort.

However, on all the price comparison websites, it never seems to come up, I have managed to get "the tower" at fallsview casino resort, but it is still 0.2 miles from the casino resort which isn't a problem, I just find it weird that there is no actual hotel at the casino resort, or is this just a glitch in the matix?

Also, any fallsview hotel recommendations? thanks all.

I believe you have to call to book the hotel rooms at Fallsview. This may have something to do with it being tied to the hotel in terms of operations, comps etc.

Hi Nicholas;

I would consider that a glitch. The hotel and casino are located within the same building. The walk between the two is certainly LESS than 0.2 mi.

Since March 2016, Canada has had an entry requirement known as the “Electronic Travel Authorization”(eTA), for visa-exempt foreign nationals traveling to Canada by air. Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travelers with a valid visa.

1) ONLY use the official Government of Canada website.

www.Canada.ca/eTA

2) Apply for an eTA as early as possible.

3) Wait to make any non-refundable purchases (flights, accommodations, etc) until *after* your eTA has been approved.

4) The eTA is NOT a Visa. It is only authorization to board a plane to Canada.

5) Without a valid eTA, you WILL be denied boarding by the airline.

Best Regards

More like an Idiot Savant.

My understanding is that given the nature and purpose of the hotel you cannot book it externally. They use rooms for Comps, high rollers etc. Because of this you need to call the hotel directly.

We don't have places like Ladbrokes here so people generally go to Casinos. When people win big, earn comps etc the casino will put them up in their hotel by giving them a suite or a room.

That makes sense to be fair, if there is only a small selection of casino you can't expect it to be like Vegas.

I'm just going to look into a fallsview room (if we do stay) and then can wander to the casino at our leisure.

The Four Points by Sheraton is my go to. It is connected right to the casino by an indoor walkway.

Failing that the Embassy Suites is also a very good choice.

I will check them out, I had a look earlier, and slightly expensive but the tower hotel looked nice also.

Speak in a bit. Thanks for your help.

Fallsview Casino Resort does have about 374 rooms, but mostly reserved for their VIP players, and very seldom and hard for visitor to geat a room there.

However, you can book Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview across the street OR Four Point by Sheraton, which you can walk to Fallsview Casino through a Bridge.
