Hello there. I am going to be driving from Northern Alberta to Nova Scotia in less than a month and I need some help with my route. I've got AB, SK and MB down as I've driven through them before but really need help with the Winnipeg to Halifax part of the trip...
1. Yes I need to drive as I need my car
2. I do not want to go into the US as my car will be packed with personal effects and more prone to be searched, don't want to go through the hassle.
3. This is going to be driving from point A to point B without stopping much as I will have a packed car so don't want to stop with that (except at night of course to unload at accommodation) so a quick photo stop here and there will be about it.
4. Max driving time per day as it will just be me would be 7-9 hours.
Any route ideas from anyone who has done this would be much appreciated. Very experienced driver and would welcome any tips for quick stops as well. I've also posted in the Ontario forum for that province's route as it is so massive in terms of crossing from west to east.
