Cabanas on the beach--Yelapa/Palapa style?

We'll be in Tulum in mid-Feb and were hoping to stay in a small palapa beachfront or view, quirky, comfy, easy sandy long beach. We were hoping to keep it to around 150 a night. Swmiming in the ocean and being in a 'room' without corners is most appealing. Beer and food nearby.

Any ideas for us?

See if La Conchita's #1 cabana is avail. It's a round construction. You can get beer across the street at the mini super. Lots of food options in this area...it's a bustling little part of Tulum's beach.

La Zebra has round cabanas too.

Meanwhile....I'll try to think of more round cabanas.

Playa Azul is great. They have 3 or 4 oceanfront rooms that fit your description and are right around that price. Very quirky and super charming!

If you're not completely prejudiced against corners, Tita Tulum is quite reasonable and has nice palapa roofs on many units.

Coco Tulum has very simple but nice hut-style units with shared bathrooms and well below your budget.
