El Chino Marinero ?

I just saw El Chino Marinero on called 7 just east of Costa Bravo on the south side of the street. I only knew of the other two (by the Pemex and on the transversal road). Anyone been to this one? Is it as good as the others?

Sorry, that should have said calle 7, stupid spell check.

Anyway...never mind. We went ahead and got shrimp tacos there today and they were very good. Happy because they were much closer to where we are staying. I think they charged more (probably because closer to the more touristy area).

Ate there twice last week. The tortas are excellent. No English spoken, but they get along well enough to give you what you want.

As good as Cameron Dorado and easy access from most anywhere. My local Mexican friends like the place. We stopped by Saturday and got two to go and ate them on the plane.

We've been to both locations several times. The tortas de cameron (con todo) are excellent!

This is a different location than the other two. It's just a small stand on calle 7 between Melgar and 5. It's a little east and across the street from Costa Brava Restaurant. Just west of La Lobsteria.

Ah....you said Costa Brava, I'm thinking Casona Real Hotel.

This is El Chino on the transversal road:

This is the el Chino just west of PEMEX and diagonally across from the red hotel called Casona Real on Juarez. It is a great place.

There was a smaller Chino Marinero on the SW corner of an intersection just SE of the square, but the name was taken off and became another place. I think it was around Salas and 15? It just sort of changed names one day and I never saw it again. Then I discovered the one near PEMEX. I assumed it moved to this location, but maybe this one has been there a while?
