Accomodations

Hola. I am looking for accomodations that are clean, relatively quiet, and central ie. near le jardin. I I am there for an extended period so would like to spend around /under $50/night. Could someone kindly recommend something - I really liked the look of Hotel de La Paz and it's location - but it is fully booked - something similar would be great. Thank you so much!

C$50 or US$50? Presumably not $50 pesos...

Tough budget in a popular place.

If you intend to live in the center you had better take the term"quiet" very relatively. :) The Hotel Casa del Sol may be an option. It is 2-3 blocks away from the Jardin at the end of Calle del Sol.

Why not walk 10 minutes? You can find many places on VRBO and flipkey. Personally I go every year and PREFER to be a few minutes away from the Jardin. Anything near Embajadores is great. For $80 you can get a 2 bedroom modern home. I'm not sure about $50 but there is a very highly evaluated studio near the jardin for like $38?

exact dates? Lodging differs 20-50% by date.

Cost is more but you may be able to get a long term room for a better rate ..email Rick at Casa Zuniga. It's up the hill by the funicular but is a wonderful place...breakfasts will keep you going all day. We've stayed Rick with 3 times and sould happily return. Quiett and not hard to get to city center
