hi there!

Thank you so much for any insights...we're trying to figure out of if we go to a cousin's wedding in Cuernavaca in March...i have 2 young sons and am a little worried about mosquito born viruses. Any recent outbreaks?

How is the weather in March?

THANK YOU!

Weather always great in Cuernavaca. You will love it. Mosquitos are not encountered in quantity inCuernavaca although that can depend if you stay close to water source or during the rainy season which wont start till after you leave. But the altitude pretty much keeps them away.

You should have no worries.

You could google Dengue en Curnavaca.

You should have a great time in my opinion.

Visit the Brady museum downtown very interesting

The Central highlands of Mexico are between one and 2 miles above sea level. usually averaging 1.5 miles high. this is not the tropics. The nights are often too cold for mosquitoes, thus there are ,in general , very few mosquitoes in the Central Highlands, unless of course you're right next to standing water or a swamp.
