So any luck ? Who was the captin ¿ Witch boat ?
Also, interested in this.. I'll be down mid-january for a week, hope to catch a sail or two.
I sometimes use Chuy Osario down at the malecon area. The name is bluewater sportsfishing and the boat is the Aventura(43'). We have found him to be pretty solid. Bilingual, good equip, clean etc. sails should be good. Good luck
He seems to be the go to for many that's for sure.
Several of us used Chuy a few years ago. He knows what he is doing and has a clean boat.
We go every year . Last year Tony Boat good deal 300 us with beer and lunch . Sailfish were hard to find last December but Bonitas by the pailfull . Just wondering if lady luck was visiting ¿ We are in town last week of December and first of Jan . Room for one more ... 2 Canadians in late 50's
I'm in on the 4th of January and have never been skunked. I have used Chuy and just about every other boat at the malecon (lol). Moon, tides and water temps have a lot to do with it. I'll be staying at La Jolla on the costera in Caleta and usually at La Cabana mid afternoon. I'll buy you a cervesa if we manage to meet up.
how much does chuy charge for fishing
Between $350 and $400 U.S. is what I have paid in the past. That's for the boat for the day and up to eight people.
Same quote on price here. Novedadas is reporting a tourney from Pueto Marquesa with three fish mentioned. Largest about 34 kg (74lbs?). Third place was a little over 30 kg. So they are out there. We depart on the 4th of Jan so would like a fishing report if you go. Thanks
I booked my Feb dates, too, Lagotex. Coming in for another week on the 15th, Truck is coming that date, too. You gonna be in town?
