April 2012 is already booked?? All the rental companies I have dealt with only book 1 year in advance and give returning customers first dibbs to reserve the same villa, for the same week, for the following year if they do so before the end of their stay.

Many villa owners and companies will book ahead, epecially for returning renters.

Hopefully RickG will pop in, he is a fan of No tan lines properties

WOW! Must be owners, family or friends. Ok, I'll do a little research. We never stay on Coral Bay side, but there are at least half a dozen that get constant good reviews.

I had one in mind, but the clothing optional, is a probably a no.

Tinkerbell you are probably right. I forget about VRBO because we have only used them once (and were quite happy). With current economic conditions I'm sure owners & rental companies are happy to reserve however far in advance as long as they have the deposit.

We have stayed in Coral Bay 5 times, once at Aria. We have the same general requirements.

Aria was the least favorite of the homes that we stayed in - it has been a number of years since we were there but have found better luck with two other properties:

Bayview - rented through CV

Anchorage Aweigh - listed in VRBO and managed by James Miller.

Don't limit your search to 1 br only. They are some 2 br that would also work. Also, all villas are CO until someone complains... :)

Our favorite, year after year. Absolutely CO. Slightly over your budget.

I agree with Bayview for your needs. You'll find most of the outdoor areas no tan line worthy. You will have to check the price on it in April though I am not sure it meets your $1800 target. The views are fantastic from Bayview. You should be aware there is not AC but you do receive wonderful breezes from both east and west. Bayview is on Ajax Peak and Coral Bay is just down the hill. North Shore beaches are just down the hill in the other direction as well. Enjoy your 25th!
