What is Sunday like in St. George's?

Some of my friends and I are chartering a bareboat out of True Blue for a couple of weeks in August, mostly SCUBA diving. We have Sunday scheduled to tour St. George's (by far the most convenient day for us). Are any of the shops open? Will we be able to tour the fort and "do" the tunnel?

In advance, thanks so much for your responses.

Steve

Everything is closed on sundays, you can walk around of course, and walk through the tunnel?! Parts of the fort will definitely be locked closed, not sure if you can walk round the outside areas but i suspect you can, best ask your hotel to call them and check, this is because part of the fort is used by the police.

So - take water/whatever you want to eat or drink. The museum and all the craft shops will be closed.

Frankly, sundays a good day for diving, the reefs and wrecks dont close :-)
