December weather

Has anyone traveled to PC during Xmas and New Years? Does it get cooler at night? I went to the bahamas one year during xmas and needed a wrap in the evenings because it got a little chilly. Not TOO TOO chilly, just cooler and didn't know if i should bring a wrap to PC during our xmas stay. Thanks!

I go every year the 2nd week of Jan and I think the weather is perfect. The days have a very hot sun but the temp are not overly hot. My wife brings a light sweater for the evenings but never wears it unless we go to the beach. Rain is usually a shower at night. PC is warmer that both the Bahamas and Mexico. The Bahamas can get cool, I have been there Christmas time and it was very cool.

Hi Mari,

We travel to PC for Christmas & New Year.

The locals wear sweaters at night, but we think it's gorgeous....

I'd bring a light windbreaker, or a few long sleeve cotton shirts. Nothing too heavy...

This will be our 3rd consecutive landing in PC in Dec.

The weather is amazing, never cold, never chilly.

Bring a light (emphasis on light) windbreaker, nylon preferably, for the light rain and breeze.

Thats all nothin else needed:)
