I am planning to do a 4 day trip to HanGa roa in October.
Is it very humid ,are there mosquitos?
Weather is relative to where you live and what you are acclimated to.
Ive met californians that cant handle our rain. Note that seattle gets more than we do.
You can look up, google, for historical weather data for places and see if those numbers make you sweat.Edited: 23 September 2016, 21:59
Humidity of the island is relatively high all year around so you might want to check if your hotel has an A/C.
October is typically not that humid but it depends on your travel dates (early or late October).
OK thanks. I will travel early October for 3 days ,accomodation in a hostal,no A/C.
Again it relative.
I was there in early sept and no ac was needed. But thats me and what im use to.
Some days and weeks, even, might be like summer days in "winter" (June–August), depending the year.
Temperature typically gets higher during afternoon in September independent if it's chilly in the morning.
This year we had plenty of hot days in September.
