Language Schools

Has anyone studied at any of the language schools in Canoa and can you make any recommendations? Where the teachers good? I am looking at studying for 3-4 weeks. Is Canoa a good place to study?

Andrea Coronado at Cafe Flor is supposed to be a really good private teacher.

Cafe Flor is no longer open, but you can stop by La Posada de Olmito to ask for Spanish classes. They can connect you with one of three good English teachers, all female. They also speak some English which can help if you are a beginner. They also offer package deals sometimes, if you want to stay at the hostal, while taking classes. Surf classes are also an option. Good luck!
