Travelling Aer Lingus for the first time.

Frankfurt to Dublin. Dublin to Toronto.

It looks like the leg room is quite tight, I'm thinking of paying the extra for the emergency exit seats as my husband is quite tall. Are these worth it, much more leg room?

We've already chosen just the standard economy seats on our booking, so I guess I'll need to ring up to change if we decide to do so.

Also am I right in reading that all drinks are chargeable? Soft drink, wine with the meal etc? Is anything included (other than the meal)?

Many Thanks,

europe-chick

Aerlingus emergency seats great, lots extra leg room but be sure to avoid window seat as legs cramped up against emergency exit

You can also go up to the galley to get more soft drinks. Only alcoholic beverages are chargeable.
