Thinking of using EU Claim to claim on a delayed flight, has anyone used them and if so were they ok?
I have a claim in with them, currently on hold for the past year due to Huzar case. They have been ok, many others have had payouts...either from airlines that were playing a little more fair or when the reason was not down to technical issue
Thanks Carol G. We started the claim with them a few weeks ago and had a email this week from them requesting our passport details so wanted to be sure before passing on that info. Hope you get your compensation
When we lodged our claim, which was paid, against BA about 18 months ago we did not have to supply passport details to get compensation..Edited: 26 October 2014, 23:55
Rather than paying a company, websites like moneysavingexpert show you the steps you need to take. It means all the compensation is yours.
Totally with you Helshaw, I found a few internet sites giving advice and did it myself, no problems
Thanks everyone. Do think it strange having to give passport details to them
I wouldn't be giving any ambulance chasing compensation company my passport details! They have nothing to do with them.

Money Saving Expert have fantastic advice, letter templates and a big helpful forum however even they say to use a company such as the one mentioned if you have no luck, my claim's with CAA but I'm not holding my breath as I've since heard they're not very forceful and don't use their powers to the fullest extent and were in fact in agreement with the airlines for most of the recent court cases.
