I am due to fly into Cancun on the 24th May with Thomson. We have paid extra to book our seats in advance but have been unable to do so online. Having rung them numerous times over the past 3 weeks have been fobbed off with 'we're having technical issues' each time. Really??! how crap are their technical team if in 3 weeks they cant fix these' technical issues'!!!
Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?!
