We named our restaurant Bistro Nolah, an acronym for New Orleans, out of a love for the style of comfort food they serve down south.This style of food will be the inspiration behind some of the dishes we will be serving at Nolah.

After work for dinner, no reservations, but they were able to accommodate us at the bar. Great dishes and entrees. Try the Grits, really good and authentic. Good selection of Scotches especially when you cannot drink wine.

The bistro is very unique in its menu. Definitely Louisiana/New Orleans inspired. I would have given five stars but the service was very slow. If I was in a rush I would have been frustrated about how long everything took.
