It is a joy to witness chocolate being created, sampling fudges in the shop, dining on the scrumptious platters and strolling around the garden.

Lovely food and gardens but the coffee is terrible Such a pity because a nice coffee would really go well with the beautiful chocolate!! We live in northern tas so often take our mainland visitors there and they have commented on the bad coffee too....More

Great breakfast stop after arriving from the Spirit of Tasmania with the cafe opening early at 7am. Best hot chocolates ever and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. They were renovating the main cafe, so I'm looking forward to visiting again...More

Having lunch with friends at this beautiful establishment was very enjoyable however the fresh fish we ordered was well and truly ruined by the fact it had been cooked and then kept warm which left it dry and tasteless. Truly disappointing for fresh fish.More

Our traditional European style coffee shop takes your taste buds back to the good old days. The speciality of the house is of course CHOCOLATE, hot chocolate in many flavours, chocolate desserts and ... more chocolate. Belgian breakfasts, which include our range of freshly made Belgian style Waffles and light Tasmanian fare luncheon are served together with a range of teas and espresso coffees for morning and afternoon breaks. Breakfast serves from 7am - 12 noon Lunch serves from 12 noon - 3pm Afternoon fare serves till 6pm.
