A pretty cool place. Great atmosphere, good for a drink or two. The food was ok too. Definitely worth a try if you're in area.

What a great place. Popped in for a lunch and had a fantastic afternoon. The staff are amazing . Food hits the spot and the range of brews is unbelievable. All I can say is if you are in Perth make sure you go it's...to good to missMore
I booked dinner for my wife and me, and it was a disaster. Covid restrictions being in place, we arrived masked. Inside it's basically a saloon. Loud music, a pool table and the footy on the big screen. Of the thirty or so patrons, perhaps...six were wearing masks. We removed ours to speak to the barman, who immediately told us to replace our masks, much to the giggling amusement of the unmasked rat-tailed bogan patrons. When he asked what name I'd booked under. I offered my surname. He said the bookings are only under first names. Really? He's really enjoying this. We get led to a dirty long table and look around. We walked out, no idea what the food is like, and ate a wonderful meal elsewhere.More
Hey! Felt like a response was due here. Firstly, we are a tavern/bar. We specialise in craft beer. Our furnishings do utilise a lot of repurposed railways sleepers for tables and benches. A saloon it could be very likened to. Being a beer venue, yep,...More
Great chilled hang out spot. Play pool, listen to music. Enjoy your mates. The pilsener is all I tried though there a many options
The girl bartender is rude. Beer is average and the price is a bit pricy. The location is nice though and the crowd is okay.
Just a cool old school pub feel, old wooden furniture, big windows opening out onto the street gives it a relaxed easy-going vibe, and a beer selection as good as, if not better than anywhere in Perth. Great bar food to complement the beer just...rounded out the place nicely, will definitely be going backMore
During our 3 hour visit after the football here the staff on at least 5 occasions were rude and unhappy. The food we ordered was ok and enjoyed.More
Hey! Really unhappy to hear the negative views you received during your visit here. It isn't an opinion we want people to have of us. Saturday night took us by surprise and the staff were under far to much pressure with the workload. It was...More
Bar tender was rude unhelpful when we where ready just to kick back and relax. Omg she spoilt the whole night.More
Hey! Really disappointed to hear of this poor service. I will be meeting with the particular employee and addressing the issue, moving to a more positive service. Please take our apologies and if you plan on being back in the area anytime soon, let me...More
This was a group visit of 20+ people. A table in a back room had been requested but was not available due to a prior booking. But lets be super objective about this establishment. The drinks are way overpriced - there are establishments in Perth...CBD that charge less for the same, if not better quality. The food is very limited. The share dishes are very generous in proportion although the chicken wings appeared to be on the verge of being undercooked. Whilst we were aware that there was a large party in the back room that is no excuse for other orders being randomly delivered - our party eventually cancelled an order because everyone else had eaten and this particular order hadn't arrived. But the point of this review hence the title is that the fish and chips was probably the worst anyone in the party had ever experienced. The fish itself, once you found it was delicious, although in one case it was more or less raw. But the batter was a disaster - very light and crisp no doubt, but overcooked to a point where it was more or less burnt, more actual batter than fish, and swimming in oil. And if the accompanying sauce was meant to be tartare, the chef needs to go back to college. Sorry to say, despite friendly and welcoming staff, this is not an establishment to which I will be returning in a hurry.More
Hey Ian, Just felt a response was needed here. Hopefully try and clear the air a little bit. Our drinks and pricing are quite hard to compare to. There a only a handful of venues in the country that do a similar range to what...More
I've been to DTC a few times now and I've never been disappointed! The service is great - they're always really knowledgeable and they've never led me astray with a beer selection. The burgers are really excellent too - The Katsu is a favourite of...mine - and don't skip the seasoned tater tots!!!! Best of all, there's an indoor/outdoor play area for the little ones so mum and dad can have a relaxing meal and a drink and the kids enjoy thier time too!More
