Da piu di 40 anni lavoriamo per garantire la qualita e la genuinita dei nostri prodotti. Produciamo il nostro pane con diversi tipi di farine, anche per intolleranti. La sua lavorazione avviene a mano, come una volta, e la lievitazione e del tutto naturale, grazie all'utilizzo del lievito madre. Anche la cottura segue l'antica tradizione, e viene fatta nel forno a legna alimentato con fasci di ulivo. Le focacce e le torte ripiene alle verdure, le 'pitte' di patate, i calzoni e i rustici leccesi, sono solo alcuni dei nostri prodotti salati, come anche i famosi 'taralli bolliti' tipici salentini e i dolci caserecci le cui tradizionali ricette ci sono state tramandate di generazione in generazione. Per venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti i nostri clienti, abbiamo recentemente aggiunto anche una linea dedicata ad intolleranti e diabetici. Tradizione e innovazione dunque. Venite a trovarci! We produce our own bread with different types of flour, even intolerant . Its processing is done by hand , as it once was , and proving it is quite natural , thanks to the use of the yeast . Even cooking follows the old tradition , and it is made in a wood oven fed with bundles of olive trees. The buns and cakes stuffed with vegetables, the ' Pictish ' potato , trousers or rustic Lecce , are just a few of our savory products , as well as the famous ' boiled bagels ' local traditional and homemade cakes whose traditional recipes there were handed down from generation to generation. To meet the needs of all our customers, we have recently added a line dedicated to intolerant and diabetics. Tradition and innovation then. Come and visit us !
