I visit this pub regularly and love it. There's a great choice of gins and the small environment means it's perfect for a quiet catch-up with friends. I've been to a couple of the comedy nights which are a bit hit or miss depending on...More

An excellent old style pub which has a great friendly welcoming environment from the landladies. Real ales which you’d be hard to find in a run if the mill pub. Try it out and you’ll be pleasantly surprised

A group of ladies visited a couple of weeks ago for the ‘gin platters’! Amazing array of gins to choose from. 5 shots, 2 mixers & nuts for £15! Bargain. Cosy little place was rammed all night. Great atmosphere. We had a fabulous time.

Relatively new to the village and tried this place out on recommendation - apparently it won an award last year or something. The only thing that I can say is that if you enjoy sitting in an old person's front room eating mediocre food then...More
