Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have eaten here a number of times and like the ambience. Service varies as does the quality of food. My partner ordered eggs Beni which was not served on a muffin but rather a potato cake with ham hock in lieu of the more...traditional ham. Being allergic to eggs I ordered the Korean pancake with salsa $20 with a side order of bacon $5. The pancake varies from visit to visit. Sometimes good, sometimes quite oily. Today was an oily day. I was astounded that $5 got me one rasher of bacon quite overdone. Top quality Coburg streaky bacon from Costco costs around $1.60 per rasher. I think $5 for 2 rashers is fair. Lesser quality would cost closer to $1 per rasher. Guys you can do better!More

A really good breakfast. If into sweet breakfasts then the French Toast is a must. A unique and very sweet twist on the breakfast classic. I don't say this often, but great coffee as well. Had a few coffees in Collingwood in the past week...and this has been the best. Great large communal wooden bench/table as well - I want it for my place. Visit Two Birds - you will not be disappointed.More

New to the area, look forward to dining in and exploring their menu. But their coffee has saved me more than once over the past couple of months. Well made coffee and flavour.

Best coffee I've had in Collingwood. The eggs benedict was also very enjoyable. Staff were friendly and the whole place had a relaxing ambiance. Will definitely be back!

This tucked away cafe provided a great breakfast and coffee to start our day. Menu has good choices with plentiful sized serves. I had some really nice scrambled eggs. Good service as well. It’s a nicely laid out place with enough space where you’re not...on top of the next table. Street parking is also pretty good although paid. It’s away from the main areas of Collingwood so a bit more relaxed.More

We’ve eaten breakfast here a couple of times and love the cosy atmosphere and warm service. The coffee is good and there’s plenty of choice for brekkie, including some standard favourites and some more off-beat combinations. Recently, two of our group had the Kaffir Crumbed...Eggs on crushed peas and toast – an unusual and tasty dish. The other two opted for more traditional poached eggs on toast with a side of bacon; well cooked, generous…mmm! The prices are reasonable, the coffee is good. All in all, a nice spot.More

I live around the corner and come here regularly for breakfast because I can sit outside with my pup. Great coffee... and good breakfast selection. I love the Korean pancake because it’s unique and delicious!

After having Japanese food around this area, we need to complete our weekend with a cup of coffee. Coinsidentally we found this cafe just around the corner of Peel street and decided to try the coffee. The interior design was beautiful and minimalist using rustic...industrial decor. The ambiance and vibe of the cafe was relaxing and the customer service was friendly. We ordered coffee mocha for $4.00 and cappuccino for $4.00. They price for a cup of coffee was pretty average around this area, the good thing was they don't charge for additional charge for a mocha as what other places do. Actually, the mocha and cappuccino had great taste. They were absolutely above the average coffee shop. We enjoyed the spot and coffee, we'll definitely come back! ** Coffee ** Service : 4.5 Taste : 4.0 Price : 3.5 Speed : 4.0More

Went with high hopes, and it was okay. Had thought based on other reviews it was going to be amazing, but was only average. Lukewarm coffee, yummy food, butt nil atmosphere.

Together with two friends we came here for breakfast. The coffee was excellent, a great start for a Sunday morning. The food was also very good, with my breakfast fish taco being the standout dish. The service was very pleasant, the environment relaxing with lots...of light and space between tables. Also, unlike many places inner city, it wasn’t noisy, very easy to have a relaxed conversation. We will be back!More

We came in here for lunch on a public holiday, when everything around the area was closed, so we were glad to see this spot open - as were many others, as it was quite busy! I had the fish burrito and my boyfriend had...the mushroom dish. We both enjoyed our food. My dish was pretty big and I ended up in a total mess, but I enjoyed it! We were both admiring the Korean pancake that the table next to us had too. I also had a cherry milkshake which tasted quite strongly of syrup rather than fruit, but was enjoyable nonetheless. The prices are perhaps a touch higher than average for Melbourne, considering it is not in the city centre, but the food, staff and atmosphere were nice so I can't complain! This is a good little spot.More

It was okay, but not really one of my favourites. Probably best for the morning as weekends suspect it gets quite crowded. Rather quiet when I was here. Coffee was okay.
